This Non-Executive Chairman Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”), by and between Augmedix, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Rod O’Reilly (“O’Reilly”). The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company desires to have O’Reilly serve as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, and Mr. O’Reilly is willing to perform such services, on the terms described below.
