This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 25, 2023, is entered into by and among Stran & Company, Inc., a Nevada corporation duly qualified to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (“STRAN” or “Buyer”), T R MILLER CO., INC., a Massachusetts corporation (“Seller”), and Thomas R.
