Agreement dated as of the 7th day of May, 2003 as further amended and restated the 16th day of February, 2022, by and between The Oberweis Funds (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of each of the Oberweis Micro-Cap Fund, Oberweis Global Opportunities Fund and Oberweis Small-Cap Opportunities Fund (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”) and Oberweis Asset Management, Inc., an Illinois corporation (the “Manager”).
