This Initial Stockholder Forfeiture Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of [_], 2021, by and among Trident Acquisitions Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “TDAC”), AutoLotto, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the TDAC’s initial stockholders named on the signature page hereto (the “Holders”).
