This Common Stock and Warrant Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of January 12, 2021, by and among NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation, a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 7599 Anagram Drive, Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55344 (the “Company”), and those purchasers listed on the attached Exhibit A, as such exhibit may be amended from time to time (each a “Purchaser” and, collectively, the “Purchasers”).
