THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 16, 2020 and effective as of November 30, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between LiveXLive Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Michael Quartieri (“Executive”).
