This agreement (together with exhibits and schedules, the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Arrived Homes, LLC (“Client”), a Delaware Corporation, and Dalmore Group, LLC., a New York Limited Liability Company (“Dalmore”). Client and Dalmore agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, effective as of September 23, 2020 (the “Effective Date”):

In accordance with the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Arrived Homes, LLC, a Delaware series limited liability company (the “Company”), dated July 13, 2020 (the “Agreement”) and upon the execution of this Series Designation by the Company and Arrived Holdings, Inc. in its capacity as Managing Member of the Company and of Arrived Homes Series Soapstone LLC, a series of the Company (“Series Soapstone”), this Series Designation shall be attached to, and deemed incorporated in its entirety into, the Agreement as the “Arrived Homes Series Soapstone LLC Designation Exhibit.”
