THIS INTERCOMPANY REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), between OpenDeal Inc., a Delaware corporation (“OpenDeal Parent”), and Fig Publishing, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Fig).
