No. 138, 2nd Fl, Tong’anyuan, Tongan Industry Concentration Area, Xiamen, Fujian, China, 361100 (中国福建省厦门市翔安区新店镇后村村洞庭六 148 号) (“Seller”) and Xiamen DL Medical Technology Co, Ltd. (厦门登尼尔医疗科技有限公司) (the “Company”).
