(“Parent”), Rimon Gold Assets Ltd., an Israeli private company #514819424 (“Rimon Gold’’), Mobigo Inc (“Mobigo”), and Shimshon Fisher (“Fisher”, together with Rimon Gold and Mobigo, the “Lenders”).
