This Special Loan Servicing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated as of March 26, 2019 and is entered into by and between Land Home Financial Services, Inc. a California corporation, as Servicing Agent, (hereafter referred to as “Servicer”), and AF 2019 NPL A, LLC, in its capacity as manager of the entities on Schedule A on their behalf (hereafter referred to as “Client” as further defined herein), as such schedule may be amended from time to time. Each of Servicer and Client may be referred to herein as a “Party”, and collectively, “Parties”, to this Agreement.
