THIS SALARY CONTINUATION AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) is entered into effective as of the 1st day of January, 2018 (the “EFFECTIVE DATE”), by and between THE DELAWARE NATIONAL BANK OF DELHI, a national bank located in Delhi, New York (the “BANK”) and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delhi Bank Corp., a New York corporation (the “COMPANY”) and ROBIN HULTENIUS (the “EXECUTIVE”).
