For value received, the undersigned, MYOS CORPORATION, A NEVADA CORPORATION (the "Borrower"), promises to pay to the order of City National Bank, a national banking association ("CNB"). at its office in this city, in lawful money of the United States of America and in immediately available funds, the principal sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100THS DOLLARS ($400,000.00), with interest thereon from the date of disbursement at a rate computed on a basis of a 360-day year, actual days elapsed, equal to the greater of (a) three and one-half percent (3.500%) per year, or (b) the "Prime Rate" of CNB, as it exists from time to time plus one and one-quarter percent (1.250%) per year.
