This Second Amendment to Asset Purchase and Sale Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of June 30, 2015, by and between SWAN EXPLORATION LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Seller”), and LILIS ENERGY, INC., a Nevada corporation (“Purchaser”).
