EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of May 1, 2016 by and between Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Co., LLC (the “Adviser”) and World Funds Trust (the “Trust”) (“Agreement”), on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”).

This Agreement, which was first entered into and made effective as of May 1, 2016 by and between the World Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series portfolio of the Trust set forth on Schedule A (the “Fund”), and Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Co., LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “Advisor”).
