THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of the 27th day of January, 2015 by and between the World Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Trust’s Toreador Explorer Fund series (the “Fund”) and Toreador Research and Trading, LLC (the “Advisor”).

THIS EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, which was first entered into and made effective as of August 15, 2014, and was subsequently amended from time to time to, among other things extend the term of the Agreement, is entered into again by and between Toreador Research and Trading, LLC (the “Adviser”) and World Funds Trust (the “Trust”) (“Agreement”), on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”).
