This Engineering, Procurement & Construction Contract (“Agreement”) is made this 22nd day of May 2014 (the “Date of Agreement”), by and between GOLAR HILLI CORPORATION, a company incorporated and organised under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, having its registered office at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands, MH 96960 (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”) of the first part and KEPPEL SHIPYARD LIMITED, a company incorporated and organised under the laws of the Republic of Singapore, having its principal place of business at 51 Pioneer Sector 1, Singapore 628437 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) of the second part.
