On the above date, this Administration (SBA) authorized (under Section 7(b) of the Small Business Act, as amended) a Loan (SBA Loan #2607828104) to Andrea Electronics Corporation (Borrower) of 620 JOHNSON AVE STE 1B BOHEMIA New York 11716 in the amount of one hundred and fifty thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($150,000.00), upon the following conditions:
