CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of May 28, 2007 among Lundin Mining Corporation, a corporation amalgamated under the laws of Canada (the “Parent”) and Lundin Mining AB, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Sweden (“Lundin AB” and, together with the Parent, the “Borrowers”), the lending institutions from time to time parties hereto as Lenders (each a “Lender” and, collectively, the “Lenders”) and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as Administrative Agent;
