This AGREEMENT, originally made and entered into as of August 10, 2015, is hereby amended and restated as of the 1st day of June, 2026, by and between Artisan Partners Funds, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “1940 Act”) as an open-end management investment company (the “Company”), on behalf of each series of the Company listed on Schedule A hereto (each, a “Fund”), and Artisan Partners Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 as an investment adviser (“Artisan Partners”).
