Borrower, Webster Bank, N.A. (f/k/a Sterling National Bank), as the collateral agent and administrative agent (in such capacities, the “Agent”) and the lenders party thereto (the “Lenders”) are party to that certain Loan and Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 2, 2021 (as amended, amended and restated, modified, waived, supplemented or restated from time to time, the “Loan and Servicing Agreement”). Capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Loan and Servicing Agreement.
