This Consulting Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of this 9th of April, 2026 (“Effective Date”), by and between Treace Medical Concepts, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a business address at 100 Palmetto Park Place, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081 (“TMC”), and Gaetano M.
