This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (“CCOH”, and such entity together with all past, present, and future parents, divisions, operating companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates are referred to collectively herein as “Company”) and Lynn Feldman (“Employee”). This Agreement supersedes and replaces in its entirety that certain Amended and Restated Employment Agreement between Company and the Employee, effective November 1, 2022 (as previously amended) (the “Prior Agreement”).
