INDENTURE dated as of January 14, 2025 among Digital Dutch Finco B.V., a private limited liability company organized under the laws of the Netherlands (the “Issuer”), Digital Realty Trust, L.P., a Maryland limited partnership (a “Guarantor” or the “Company”), Digital Realty Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (a “Guarantor” or, in its capacity as general partner of the Company, the “General Partner”), Deutsche Trustee Company Limited, as trustee (the “Trustee”), Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, as paying agent and transfer agent (the “Paying Agent” and “Transfer Agent”), and Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., as registrar (the “Registrar”).
