This Amended and Restated Administration Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of October 10, 2023, between BlackRock Funds VI (the “Trust”) and BlackRock Advisors, LLC (“BlackRock”) replaces the Administration Agreement dated as of July 12, 2018 between the Trust and BlackRock and confirms the agreement between the Trust on behalf of its series listed in the attached Appendix A, as such Appendix may be amended from time to time (collectively, the “Funds”), and BlackRock.
