This Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (the “Agreement”) is made as of [July __, 2024] by Thrivent Mutual Funds (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of its series, Thrivent Global Stock Fund (the “Acquiring Fund”) and Thrivent Low Volatility Equity Fund (the “Target Fund”). Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is also party to the Agreement solely for purposes of Section 3.F.
