THIS THIRTY-EIGHTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE dated as of January 11, 2024 (this “Thirty-Eighth Supplemental Indenture”), is among Enterprise Products Operating LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Issuer”), Enterprise Products Partners L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Parent Guarantor”), and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, a national banking association, as separate trustee under the Indenture (as defined below) for the Notes (as defined below) (the “Series Trustee”). Each capitalized term used but not defined in this Thirty-Eighth Supplemental Indenture shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Original Indenture (as defined below).
