CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of December 12, 2023, by and among SLR PRIVATE CREDIT BDC II SPV LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as borrower (the “Borrower”), SLR PRIVATE CREDIT BDC II LLC, as Servicer and as Equityholder, the LENDERS from time to time party hereto, CITIBANK, N.A.
