364-DAY REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of October 3, 2023 (this “Agreement”), among GENERAL MOTORS COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time parties hereto, as lenders (collectively, the “Lenders”), JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
