THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of September 18, 2023, is entered into by and between Inari Medical, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Thomas Tu, M.D. (the “Executive”), and amends and restates that certain Employment Agreement entered into between the Company and the Executive, dated as of September 1, 2020 (the “Prior Agreement”).
