This Investment Management Agreement is executed as of December 5, 2019 by and between DOUBLELINE YIELD OPPORTUNITIES FUND, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Fund”), and DOUBLELINE CAPITAL LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Manager”).

This First Amendment, dated as of the last date on the signature page hereto, to the Custody Agreement dated December 3, 2019 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between DOUBLELINE YIELD OPPORTUNITIES FUND, a Massachusetts trust (the “Fund”) and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America with its principal place of business at Minneapolis, Minnesota (the “Custodian”).
