SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (this “Subscription Agreement”) dated as of July [___], 2023, among Freedom Acquisition I Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Issuer”), Freedom Acquisition I LLC, a Cayman Islands limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), and the undersigned (each of the undersigned, individually and collectively, “Subscriber” or “you”). Defined terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed thereto in the Business Combination Agreement (as defined below).
