Gladstone Capital Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), is offering up to an aggregate of 6,000,000 shares of its 6.25% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Shares”), for sale to the public (the “Offering”).
