This THIRTIETH AMENDMENT TO FIRST LIEN ISDA 2002 MASTER AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of February 28, 2023, by and among U.S. OIL & REFINING CO., a Delaware corporation (“Party B”) and MERRILL LYNCH COMMODITIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Party A”) and is acknowledged and agreed to by the Guarantors signatory hereto.
