This Indemnification Agreement (“Agreement”), by and between Talos Energy Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Shandell M. Szabo (“Indemnitee”), executed as of February 13, 2023, will be effective as of the commencement of Indemnitee’s employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries. This Agreement supersedes and replaces any and all previous Agreements between the Company and Indemnitee covering the subject matter of this Agreement.
