This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of January 13, 2023 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), is among: VITESSE ENERGY, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”); each of the Lenders from time to time party hereto; and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.
