AGREEMENT, dated as of January 1, 2023, is entered into by and between BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association (“BTC”), and each registered investment company listed on Schedule A hereto (each, a “Client”), each acting on behalf of the funds listed on Schedule A hereto or otherwise party to the Securities Lending Agreement (as defined below) from time to time (collectively, the “Funds”).
