This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of December 22, 2022, is made and entered into by MICHAEL O. JOHNSON (“Executive”), HERBALIFE INTERNATIONAL OF AMERICA, INC., a California corporation (“Company”) and HERBALIFE NUTRITION LTD., an entity organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“Parent”).
