Thrivent Mutual Funds (“TMF”) and Thrivent Asset Management, LLC (“TAM”) hereby agree that the Investment Advisory Agreement dated January 1, 2006, as amended, between TMF and TAM (the “Agreement”) is hereby amended to reflect an amended fee schedule for Thrivent Diversified Income Plus Fund, effective January 1, 2023, and a corrected fee schedule for Thrivent Large Cap Growth Fund, effective January 1, 2022. A revised Exhibit A is attached hereto.
