TENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of September 12, 2022, between EQUIFAX INC., a Georgia corporation (the “Issuer”), having its principal office at 1550 Peachtree Street, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30309, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION), as trustee (the “Trustee”), having its Corporate Trust Office at 1349 W.
