THIS TERMINATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 22, 2022 by and between Owl Rock Capital Corporation III, a Maryland corporation (the “Borrower”), and Owl Rock Feeder FIC BDC III LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Lender”).
