THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 11, 2022, is made by and among Nucor Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”), Arthur Holdings Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Arthur Holdings L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Seller”).
