This AGREEMENT is made as of the 18th day of April, 2022, by and among Allspring Global Investments, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company located at 525 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94105 (the “Sub-Adviser”), Olive Street Investment Advisers, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company located at 12555 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO 63131 (the “Adviser”), and, for the sole purpose of paying compensation due to the Sub-Adviser under Section 6(a) of this Agreement, the Bridge Builder Trust, a Delaware statutory trust located at 12555 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO 63131 (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Trust indicated on Schedule A to this Agreement (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”).

THIS AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAN AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of February 16, 2022 by and between BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN & CO., a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of New York (“BBH&Co.” or the “Custodian”), and BRIDGE BUILDER TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”), on behalf of each of its series portfolios listed on Appendix A to the Agreement (each a “Portfolio” and collectively, the “Portfolios”), registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The terms of this Amendment shall apply separately and respectively to each Portfolio, and each reference to the “Fund” herein shall mean the Fund on behalf of each Portfolio.
