CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of January 7, 2022, by and among CARDINAL FUNDING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as borrower (the “Borrower”), APOLLO DEBT SOLUTIONS BDC, a Delaware statutory trust, in its capacity as Collateral Manager and in its capacity as Equityholder, the LENDERS from time to time party hereto, CITIBANK, N.A.
