This Convertible Investment Instrument Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated as of December 21, 2021 by and among GreenLight Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and the individuals and entities who become parties to this Agreement by executing and delivering an Agreement Signature Page in the form of Exhibit A hereto in accordance with Section 2 hereof (each a “Purchaser” and, collectively, the “Purchasers”).
