This ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT, dated as of , 2022 (this “Administration Agreement”), by and between SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, a California corporation (“SCE”), as administrator (in such capacity, the “Administrator”), and SCE RECOVERY FUNDING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Issuer”).
