This Custody Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 18th day of November, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and among JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., (“Provider”), the entities signatory hereto (each, a “Company”) on behalf of each of the respective funds and series thereof set forth in Exhibit A severally (each, a “Lending Fund”), as such exhibit may be amended from time to time, and BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. (“BTC”), acting as securities lending agent on behalf of each of the Lending Funds. Except as specifically stated, each Lending Fund executing this Agreement will be obligating itself only with respect to itself, and not with respect to any other entity. References to a “Party” herein refer to Provider, BTC or the applicable Lending Fund or Lending Funds, and references to the “Parties” herein refer to Provider, BTC and the applicable Lending Fund or Lending Funds.
