THIS SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE dated as of December 1, 2021 (this “Supplemental Indenture”), is entered into among DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd., an Alberta corporation (the “Company”), Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company organized under the laws of Canada (the “Canadian Trustee”), and Computershare Trust Company, National Association, a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States (the “U.S. Trustee”).
