THIS VOTING AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 8, 2021 by and among those individuals and entities whose names appear on the signature pages hereto as Sellers (“Sellers”), the undersigned stockholder (“Stockholder”) of Viasat, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”) and Purchaser.
