THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of September 16, 2021, is entered into by and among Core Income Funding I LLC a Delaware limited liability company, as Borrower, the Lenders party hereto from time to time, NATIXIS, NEW YORK BRANCH, as Administrative Agent, STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Collateral Agent, Collateral Administrator and Custodian, and ALTER DOMUS (US) LLC, as Document Custodian.
